Greetings

by James M. Blum, MD

Starting in 2020, in the height of the first wave of the pandemic, I decided to start flying. This blog contains my thoughts and observations on medicine and how it can improve based on lessons from aviation. Incorporated with this blog are a series of YouTube videos from the Plane Medicine channel where I bring the flight experience and lessons from that domain to you in a visual format. I hope you enjoy and this content encourages you to think about the future of healthcare.
